- User Account: The User’s personal profile on the Website, enabling them to purchase and view online courses.
I. REGISTRATION
- (1) To purchase access to the courses, a User must register on the Website to create a personal account (User Account).
(2) Registration involves completing an online form, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and confirming by clicking a virtual button labelled “Register” (or similar). By clicking this button, the User makes an electronic statement confirming they have read, accepted, and agreed to abide by these Terms. Face Taping may store the IP address and any other information required to identify the User and reproduce this electronic statement in the event of a legal dispute.
(3) Only individuals aged 16 and over may register for an account. During registration, the User must tick a checkbox confirming they are at least 16 years old.
(4) Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Face Taping is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate data provided during registration.
(5) The User must notify Face Taping of any changes to the information provided. Otherwise, Face Taping is not responsible for documents or actions based on outdated details, and the User may be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by Face Taping.
(6) Face Taping is not liable for incorrectly or falsely entered data. If such data prevents Face Taping from fulfilling its obligations accurately, Face Taping will bear no responsibility.
II. PURCHASING COURSES
- (1) To purchase an online course offered on the Website, the User must follow the instructions provided on the Website.
(2) The general steps to purchase a course are:
1. Log into your account on the Website.
2. Select your desired course.
3. Review the course information provided (e.g., content and duration).
4. Click “Buy” (or a similar button) to confirm your purchase. (3) By clicking “Buy,” the User submits an order for the selected course. At this point, a contract is formed, and the User is obligated to pay the price listed for that course.
(4) By clicking “Buy,” the User also:
– Declares they agree to these Terms and any specific conditions listed for the selected course (e.g., course access, duration, etc.).
– Authorises Face Taping to charge the associated fee to the credit/debit card provided.
(5) By placing an order, the User agrees that Face Taping may contact them (via email or other means) in connection with the order or contract.
(6) It is the User’s responsibility to read the course description before purchasing. Face Taping is not liable if the User did not familiarise themselves with the course details but proceeded to purchase anyway.
(7) The order to purchase an online course becomes binding on Face Taping only after the User has paid the course fee.
(8) In the event of technical difficulties preventing a course from being accessed, Face Taping will contact the User with information about alternative options, including an alternative course or a refund of the amount paid.
III. ACCESS TO COURSES
- (1) Once payment has been received, Face Taping will email the User within two (2) working days to confirm payment and provide a link or instructions for accessing the purchased course.
(2) Access to the purchased course is granted only after payment is confirmed. The User is not entitled to view the course prior to confirmation.
(3) Payment of the course fee grants the User access to that course for the duration specified on the Website.
(4) The User must have a functioning device (computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone), a working audio system, and a stable internet connection to access the course.
IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- (1) Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on the Website are in British pounds (GBP).
(2) Prices may or may not include VAT, depending on Face Taping’s VAT obligations. Where VAT applies, it will be included or clearly displayed.
(3) Face Taping reserves the right to change the prices of products and services at any time without notice. Any such change will not affect orders already placed.
(4) By paying the fee, the User gains the right to view the purchased online course for the period specified on the Website. The User does not gain ownership of the course or any part of it, nor do they acquire the right to distribute, publicly perform, record, or modify it in any way.
(5) All payments are made through the methods stated on the Website (for example, credit/debit card or bank transfer).
V. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND COMPLAINTS
- (1) If Face Taping fails to provide access to a course that the User has paid for, the User may lodge a complaint. This includes situations where a technical issue under Face Taping’s control prevents delivery of the course.
(2) Upon receiving a complaint, Face Taping will, within one (1) month, make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing access in accordance with the User’s original purchase or offering a suitable alternative.
(3) When making a complaint, the User must provide:
– Proof of payment;
– Evidence of the issue in question (e.g., screenshots or error messages);
– Any other documents supporting their claim.
(4) Complaints should be submitted to the contact email given on the Website.
(5) Digital Content Exclusion: Under UK law (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), once a User has accessed digital content that they have purchased, they may lose the right to cancel if they gave express consent to early access before the 14-day cancellation period ends. By starting the course immediately, the User acknowledges and agrees that they lose the right to cancel.
(6) If the User has purchased a course but not received access to it within 14 days, the User retains the right to cancel and request a refund, as no service (digital content) was delivered or accessed.
(7) By clicking “Buy” and immediately accessing the content, the User explicitly agrees that the course delivery commences before the usual 14-day cancellation period has lapsed. The User therefore acknowledges they may not be entitled to a refund once they have begun viewing or accessing the course content.
(8) If the User has not yet accessed the course, they are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of the order. Cancellation may be done by completing and sending a cancellation form available on the Website (if provided).
VI. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
- (1) If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, it shall not invalidate the entire agreement. Instead, the invalid clause will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the commercial intent of the original.
VII. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
- (1) Face Taping will notify Users of any changes to these Terms and Conditions by email within seven (7) days of such changes.
(2) If a User does not accept the changes, they have the right to cancel their contract without penalty by notifying Face Taping within one (1) month of receiving the notice.
(3) If the User does not exercise this right, the changes are deemed accepted without objection.
VIII. GOVERNING LAW
- (1) These Terms and Conditions—and any matter arising out of or in relation to them—shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if applicable). In cases where references were made to Bulgarian legislation, these should be read as references to the relevant UK legal provisions. If you are unsure which UK rules apply, please consult a legal professional.
DATA PROTECTION
Face Taping processes personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By accepting these Terms, the User agrees to the collection and processing of personal data solely for the performance of this contract and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

- Be informed about how their data is collected and used;
- Access and correct their personal data;
- Request erasure or restrict processing of their personal data under certain circumstances;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Object to processing of personal data, including for direct marketing;
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (the ICO, or Information Commissioner’s Office) if they believe their rights have been infringed.
